2008 United Way Capital Area Campaign Video
United Way Capital Area has been part of the Central Texas community for over 80 years and in that time they've helped thousands of families, local nonprofit agencies and community organizations, providing financial, volunteer and advocacy support.
United Way's goal is to advance the common good by creating long-lasting changes that prevent problems from happening in the first place, and provide opportunities for everyone to succeed.
In keeping with their role of being good stewards of community resources, they recently conducted research and reassessed their role in improving community conditions.
What they discovered should give everyone a disturbing wake-up call.
