Rev. Hurmon Hamilton
The Rev. Hurmon Hamilton is the pastor of Roxbury Presbyterian Church and the Co-President of the Greater Boston Interfaith Organization. In these roles, Rev. Hamilton has experience organizing faith leaders and congregations to support health care reform efforts in Massachusetts. His own inspiration for the healthcare fight comes from personal experience: He believes that a lack of health insurance shortened the lives of his mother, the great-aunt who raised him after his mother became ill, and his grandmother.
Rev. Hamilton was the keynote speaker at our 2007 Grantee Appreciation Reception.
